Houthi forces continue to exercise restraint in maritime operations, with no vessel attacks reported and no Somalia-based piracy incidents recorded.

Al-Shabaab has escalated its operations this week, launching at least 21 attacks, including the claimed capture of Masagawayn, where nine Somali National Army (SNA) soldiers were reportedly killed and military equipment seized.
